Delivery Partner: All orders are delivered through our in-house service EasyExpress.
Delivery Timeline:
Local Orders (nearby areas): Delivered within 1–3 business days.
Other Locations (within India): Delivered within 5–7 business days.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7–10 business days depending on accessibility.
Shipping Charges:
✅ Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
⚡ A standard delivery charge of ₹40–50 applies to orders below ₹499.
For bulk orders or special packaging requirements, additional charges may apply.
Order Updates: Customers will receive regular updates via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email regarding order confirmation and delivery status.
Delays: Delivery may be delayed in rare cases due to:
Unfavorable weather conditions
Strikes, public holidays, or government restrictions
Logistic or traffic-related issues
🔄 Return & Replacement Policy
Return Window: Customers may request a return within 3–5 days of receiving the order.
Eligible for Return/Replacement:
Damaged or defective products
Incorrect product delivered
Expired or non-functional products
Not Eligible for Return:
Used or partially used items
Hygiene-related products (e.g., towels, personal care items, undergarments, etc.)
Returns requested without a valid reason (change of preference)
Refunds & Replacements:
Customers may choose:
💰 Full Refund (processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method), OR
📦 Replacement Product (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping:
If the issue is due to EasyMart’s fault (wrong/defective item), return pickup will be arranged free of cost.
If the return is due to change of mind, return shipping charges may be deducted.
📹 Important Condition for Returns
To claim a return or replacement, customers must record a complete unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
The video should clearly show the parcel condition, seal, and product inside.
⚠️ Without a valid unboxing video, EasyMart will not be held responsible for any missing, damaged, or defective items.
